Attention: Any correspondence made via email to sales@ezatvparts.com please include the following information: your sales order number, first and last name, and a phone number. Prices are subject to change. All domestic orders are shipped via UPS unless otherwise requested. Shipping times may vary. Please view the UPS Ground map for shipping times.
Payment: If billing and shipping addresses are both within the United States or Canada, we will accept credit cards, money orders, or Paypal. We do not accept COD orders. Orders to be paid by money order are temporarily put in a “canceled” status until the payment is received. For international shipments payment must be made by an internationally approved credit card and verified (which may delay shipping times) or by wire transfer.
Warranty: We offer a 30 day warranty for manufacturers’ defects. Electrical parts are NOT warrantied if installed on the vehicle. To request a warranty claim contact sales@ezatvparts.com. Back Orders: In the event an item is not in stock, you have the option to save on shipping cost by having the entire order shipped together once all items are available. Or we can ship the items that are in stock immediately and ship back ordered items as soon as they arrive. Splitting up your order will result in additional shipping charges. Please inform sales@Ezatvparts.com of your decision Taxes: Ezatvparts.com will not charge sales tax for sales outside the state of Florida. International customers are responsible for any customs or import duties levied on the ordered package. Shipping Times: We are not responsible for lost shipments. For returns, ship package with a tracking number such as with UPS or Postal service with delivery confirmation.
